What follows is the terms of service under which we will serve each other, and how We, the Creators of Songa Studios, expect our Investors and Patrons to serve US, rather than the other way around (as it seems to be expected under the assumptions of **the bastardized version of Adam Smith’s Capitalism** that’s taken a stranglehold on the fabric of our society.)
WHEREAS, HaHaaS(TM) is an acronym for “Health-and-Happiness-as-a-Service”(TM) and a “registered” trademark of KUE LLC, henceforth referred to as “The Corporation”
WHEREAS, The Company is KUE LLC, a benefit corporation formed under the laws of the state of Missouri (”Misery”) in the United States of America.
WHEREAS, the Shareholders of Songa are Creators. As Creators of the world we live in, we acknowledge that creation begins with writing, and the #1 job of a writer is to BE INTERESTING. To paraphrase the famous words of The Father of Copywriting, David Ogilvy, “the job of a writer is to get readers to the next sentence. Period.”
WHEREAS, If you are dissatisfied with your level of compensation, we encourage you to spend more time at Songa Studios talking about your contributions with the other Shareholders and Creators of Songa.
WHEREAS, we the Shareholders and Creators of Songa Studios agree that, in principle, we intend to invest less in companies, and more in the company we keep—the social circle whose happiness most impacts ours. We believe that, if everyone around us, our families, and our children are happier, we will be happier, and that a new breed of capitalism is required—social capitalism—and that our Patrons and Investors, who have blessed with financial gifts beyond measure, have a duty to share their financial gifts with Creators in exchange for their sharing their gifts of time and talent to increase the wonder, awe, and grace of all Shareholders of Songa Studios, and their families. WHEREAS, an “Earned Shareholder” is defined as an individual who has earned equity in The Corporation in exchange for sharing their time and talents, and a “Paid Shareholder” is an individual or organization that has shared their financial gifts with The Corporation in exchange for equity.
WHEREAS, we are all “cofounders in the company we keep — ”a “cofounder” is defined as any person who holds equity or options in The Corporation.
